Graham Lee Harte
November 06 1949 - July 22 2016 - Age 66

After a long fight, Graham passed away from complications following a complex and invasive surgery involving his esophagus and stomach. Retired from Healthcare and Insurance industries, Graham was the consummate healthcare advocate.

Superior Father, Relative, and Friend, Graham is survived by his Husband and Partner of 23 years: Wendell W. Wilson, a daughter: Rachel Ventre in Rhode Island and son: Robert Harte in Massachusetts.

He also leaves behind his brothers:

Bruce, Doni, from Florida and Bernie, from New York.

He is pre deceased by brothers Robert, Gaylord, and sisters, Cheryle and Barbara.

His natural parents, deceased, were Norman and Charlotte Harte; however, uniquely, Graham is survived by his adopted Blues Singer, Actress and Tony Award winning mother, Linda Hopkins from Hollywood, CA and his sister, Carole Williams from New York City.

Graham has 3 grandchildren in New England and many nieces and nephews.

He was an avid advocate for Gay Rights and the National AIDS Foundation.

He will always be remembered by his distinctive white beard, unapologetic wit, and his loving irreverence. His favorite drink was Bourbon and Coke.

I fondly remember Graham from our growing up years in Constable. His sister, Cheryl was my best friend. He was such a sweet guy and I'm sure his children and partner are missing him
