Ann T. Ring (71) of Davenport, Florida and Freedom, NH passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 19, 2018.

Born July 15,1946 on Neals Ing Farm in Stainforth, Settle North Yorkshire, England she was the daughter of the late Henry and Edna Caton.

She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Kenneth Ring; two sons, Anthony G. Strong and his wife Jennifer of Westborough, MA and Leigh A. Strong and his wife Courtney of North Attleborough, MA; two brothers, John and Neil Caton and a sister, Susan Hanna; four granddaughters, Kaylie, Hayden, Kelsey, and Kaitlyn Strong; nieces and nephews, Ian, Phillip, Richard, and James Caton, Kathryn Jackson, Pauleen Hanna, and Judith Ellingham, and many close friends. She is predeceased by her brother Robert Caton.

Ann was raised in England. She enjoyed time on her family farm and playing tennis. She moved to the United States after marrying her former husband, Michael Strong. They resided in Medfield, Massachusetts. She worked at Air Incorporated in Franklin, MA as a Controller before she retired.

Ann was a talented golfer. She played regularly in a women’s league and worked at the pro shop at the Deer Creek RV and Golf Resort in Davenport, Florida. She was very creative and enjoyed a variety of crafts. She loved the outdoors, re-purposing items, and spending time with her friends whom she cherished. Ann’s greatest joy was being a mother and grandmother. She loved spending time with family around the campfire in New Hampshire telling stories and reminiscing with a glass of wine. She will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

A celebration of life was held at the club house in Deer Creek, Davenport, FL on Sat, March 24.
